Generation Z has grown up with social media their whole lives. However, the impact of social media usage on Generation Z young people should not be overlooked as it can greatly affect our mental wellbeing. So, how can we unlock our potential powers and use social media to become better people? Judy is 19 years old and going on to study journalism to expand on her passion for writing and exploring social issues. She is fond of driving and traveling solo.
