And here we have the winner of the "Least Effort Possible" award. This is just a roster updated for 2001, everything else good and bad is exactly the same. Even the play by play commentary is recycled. The only new addition to speak of is the Mulligan System which as it sounds lets you redo any down for any reason up to 3 times per game. I used it to great effect this game but there is no denying how goofy that idea is. This was purely a cash grab on old hardware while all real effort was spent on the newer consoles of the era.
