For the smallest 3 Bedroom- Type C1, one of the common bedrooms is smaller than the usual size. Both bathrooms and kitchen don’t come with any window for ventilation. Type C1: only 2 stacks in the entire project, 37 and 40. Stack 37 will be the cheapest entry price. For the rest of the 3 Bedroom unit types, the bedrooms are in the proper size. In addition, they also have a window in the bathrooms and kitchen. As a result, Type C2 is a more practical layout over Type C1. The main differences between Type C2 and C3 are the main entrance direction and balcony size. From Type C3 onwards to C8, the balcony is extended to the common bedroom (Bedroom 3).
