Is a child I grew up on this kind of meal ,my mom and grandma used to make it ,and I will spread it on a piece of bread with feta cheese ,and go outside and eat it outside with my friends Almost Everybody in Macedonia makes this meal ! ✅This is what I used ; ✅You roast all these vegetables , Take the skin out ,take the seeds out ,drain the excess water ,and smash it all With a special Wooden Gadget ! ✅Recipe ✅10 roasted red sweet peppers 10 blagi peceni crveni piperki ✅5 roasted green sweet peppers 5 peceni blagi zeleni piperki ✅2 big roasted eggplant ✅2 golemi pecen crn patligan ✅3 roasted hot peppers 3 luti peceni crveni piperki ✅4 roasted tomatoes ✅4 pecen crven oatligan ✅6 cloves of Garlic ✅6 cesnina luk ✅1 cup oil ✅250 ml maslo Don’t worry about too much oil ,this meal needs lots of oil, and make sure it sizzles when you put it on the top of your vegetables !
