Tidworth parkrun Full Virtual Run in 29 Minutes 26 seconds

Tidworth parkrun was filmed on Saturday 27 July 2024. I upload 3 formats to try and cater for most people’s appetites. The first is about 3 minutes long, the second is about 6 minutes and the last one is at normal speed and depends how fast I run on the day due to the course and the conditions. On average it will be between 25 and 28 minutes for the run. As I have been injured and out of action for 7 months, I’m currently working my way back down to these times; I went off a bit too hard and walked for about 20 seconds at the 4k point, apologies to those that use the virtual run version. Any running shoe will suffice but trails should be considered following inclement weather. All details within the video are correct at time of uploading.
