you know, I really had high hopes for this session. I've been meaning to test these new HA foils back-to-back. I have this feeling that the speed on the new versions won't top the speeds on the V1's. it was cold. but I was determined... it was game on. besides, I didn't really have any other footage to edit so I needed some new content. well, sometimes things just don't go as planned. what I expected didn't really happen. so this work is to be continued. in other news... I'm now going to ride my wing leash attached to my belt and my board will be attached to my calf. this is a BIG change for me. whoa. I'm ok. gear ridden and used: 75L Armstrong FG board HA 680/780/880 foils 795 mast 140 Dart tail, red & blue shims 60 fuse Kaohi wing and board leashes with padded belt 5:4 Mahulu Stormrider wetsuit 8mm SOLITE CUSTOM FIRE 2.0 BOOTIES 3mm Glacier Gloves (my hands were miserable, I should have used mitts)
