Micro-needling Confession: Does bleeding disprove that hair loss is ALL a blood flow problem?

I started micro-needling in 2013. I used a variety of tools and did it in a variety of frequencies. It never regrew any hair. Recently, it occurred to me that if hair loss is a blood flow issue, which micro-needling is aimed at improving, then why does my bald scalp bleed? This may be a dumb question. But, maybe not. If blood were not getting to the hair, then wouldn't that cause other issues? At the very least wouldn't the area bleed less when wounded? I'm trying to go with my observation, experience, and inference rather than listening to science tell me how my body works. That's my approach, because listening to science never got me any hair.
