Prepare two 9-inch bread pans, place a baking sheet inside and put each dough into each pan. It's ok the shape isn't perfect, it will rise the second time and all the space will be filled. cover and let it rise for second time until the size doubles. 4. Later, bake at 375F for 30-35 minutes. after 20 minutes, check the bread, if the top is already brown, cover a foil and bake another 10-15 minutes to prevent burning. It's very hot, be careful. put a stick and if it comes out clean, it means the bread is well-cooked. transfer to a rack and rest for 2 hours to let it cool, then ready to serve.
