Making the Sailor Man’s Soap! This soap was formulated to have the ability to lather in sea water! Because of its high coconut oil content surfers, sailors, campers or by the beach vacationers can use it to wash anywhere! https://www.lafilledelamer.com The story behind this soap actually comes from the fact that I was raised aboard a sailboat cruising the Caribbean as a child. My dad would always have this blue bottle of liquid soap called sea soap and we would use it to wash in sea water and diving off the deck of the boat to rinse off. It was a way to keep our freshwater supply for cooking and drinking. Inspired by this chilhood atory, I wanted to create a bar soap that would have the same qualities and name it the Sailor Man’s Soap for my Captain dad!
