We did a modified tummy tuck and liposculpture on her. She had multiple C-section scars that stood out in a very unattractive way, which it was indented and visible through the clothing. She also had a significant umbilical hernia and a substantial diastasis in the front. We were able to get a pretty darn substantial improvement. The other thing is I was able to keep a super low incision, so we added about an inch on either side, but from that inch, I was able to tighten the skin substantially, tighten up the muscles, do the hernia repair, do a smooth contour to the c-section area. Now she can wear anything that she wants and have it discreetly concealed. Lastly, we did some liposculpture to bring in her waist even though she was at her ideal weight after three babies.
