In diesem Video zeigen wir eine hybride vertikale Ballenpresse in Produktion. Neben 40 Liter Ballen mit Tragegriff werden 90L und 140L Ballen verpackt. Verpackt wird eine Erdenmischung mit Holzfasern. Mit der hybriden Ballenpresse sind von 5L bis 250L alle Ballengrößen möglich, auch das Verpacken von loser Ware ist dank des modernen Antriebssystem möglich. Die Presskraft (bis zu 16 to) wird mittels Servoantrieben erzeugt, exakt dosiert und mittels Zahnstange ausgeübt. Alle Verbrauchs- und Verschleißteile sind identisch zu dem Basismaschinentyp T2-701. Neben klassischen Erdenprodukten können verschiedene Faserhaltige Produkte, Baustoffe, Glas- und Steinwolle, Heu und Futtermittel, Holzspäne und Einstreu und viele weitere Produkte gepresst und lose verpackt werden! Dabei kann die Dosierung sowohl volumetrisch als auch gravimetrisch erfolgen. Eine duale Dosierung ist ebenfalls möglich.
