A transcription of one of the two sample tracks from Silksong. I've tried to be as accurate as possible but some things are just too indistinct for me to figure out, so I've made educated guesses here and there. There are some notes on the score itself though they may be hard to follow because they're on the bottom of each page in Sibelius and you can't see the whole page. No comparison with a midi rendition as this song is quite long (also sadly doesn't sound quite as good as my previous videos). The articulation, dynamics, beaming, and other notational decisions are for the most part incomplete/arbitrary - I could perhaps prepare a "performer's edition" with more detailed markings but I'm happy with this for now. Link to pdf+parts: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1XwWg... NOTES (not counting ones already in the video): b.13 (and similar) - Strange how you notice these things after you make the video. There aren't meant to be slurs in the inner string parts, they are definitely separate bows. I don't know what the convention is for beaming 5/4 when it doesn't fit into a clear 3+2, 2+3, or 1.5+1.5+2, so I've left them all in crotchet pairs (which probably isn't the most legible thing, to be honest). b.55 - I have no idea where the messenger-notification-like sound comes from. It's there in the official video as well! b.64 - There's some very dubious string writing (from me, not Larkin) here (I am not a string player). There's almost certainly a far better way of allocating these notes than what I've written in some places, so I apologise for that.
