Title: EID, Wallets and Vaults! Who is Esther Makaay? Esther Makaay is a Business & eID Analyst/Architect at Signicat. She is working on new business development and involved in the developments regarding Digital Identities and Trust Frameworks, DNS(SEC) and (new) Top Level Domains. She has expert knowledge of Internet Technologies. Who is Joerg Lenz? Joerg is leading the global corporate communication and marketing strategy of the company since 2018. I have over 24 years of experience in the identification, authentication, and e-signature industry, and I am passionate about helping organizations to go paperless with their signature processes in various sectors, such as banking, insurance, and telecommunication. Who is John Erik Setsaas? With over 25 years’ experience in digital identity, John Erik Setsaas is a pioneer in this space. He is a prolific speaker at fintech industry events around the world including Money20/20 Europe, idNext, MyData, Digital Finance World. Mobile World Congress, Trustech, EiC and FinTech Connect. He is currently Director of Innovation – Financial Crime Prevention at Tietoevry. Before joining Tietrovy , John Erik was Chief Development Architect for SAP Identity Management and taught ecommerce, identity services and security at Buskerud University College in Norway. And VP Identity and Innovation at Signicat. Who is Annet Steenbergen? Since co-founding/initiating the Aruba Happy Flow project in 2013 after many years working in international border management, digital Identity and innovation for the travel eco-system has been at the centre of her work for Annet. She is currently a consultant for the travel and tourism industry and works on projects with focus on implementing digital identity, (EU) Digital Identity Wallet large scale pilot and ICAO DTC. Creating true Seamless Travel while preserving data privacy and data protection. From 2016 Annet has been actively involved in IATA OneID advisory board, working groups/task forces and in 2020 she was a awarded the Women in Biometrics Award. She is a regular speaker/moderator at conferences. What is IDnext?
