Chillers are loaded in standard 40 Ft container which can open only from the back side of the container. Prior to offload chiller from container, container has to be grounded from trailer with the help of minimum 50tons capacity mobile crane. Please get the advice from crane operator to understand the exact requirement of crane capacity based on the site condition and need to have spreader bar and chains along with crane. Once the container is grounded, chillers can be pulled out with help of minimum 15 ton capacity forklift. Please refer the below picture to understand the hook position to pull. 5 to 6 numbers of 6 inch dia steel pipe can be kept near the door of the container to manage the gap between the container base and ground, also this will help the chillers to roll on it and come out smoothly. Once chillers are out from container, please use crane with spreader bar to lift the chiller. Slings must be hooked in specific rigging points which are built into the unit. There are 4 rigging points two side of the unit’s and total of 8 rigging points available.
