Going from a scrawny 122 lbs to a strong and jacked 225 lbs (I’m still getting bigger). During those 4 years, I made a ton of mistakes. I’m here to make sure that every skinny guy who wishes to build muscle doesn’t have to make the same mistakes I did in order to get the same results.
