Dr. Muthukumar describes his work and the dialysis department at The Sri Narayani Hospital and Research Center near Vellore in South India. The Dialysis Unit has 27 dialysis machines operating constantly to treat patients that are often well below the poverty level. Many of the patients would not receive treatment anywhere else because of their ability to pay. The hospital has a solid program for insurance claims as well and recently won an all India award. The motto of the Sri Narayani Hospital is "Service With Love" which can be seen everywhere through the doctors, nurses, technicians and staff.
