Homemade Sweet Potato and Lentil Korma Curry Batch Cooking

Homemade Sweet Potato and Lentil Vegan Korma Curry Hey guys! It's another very quick and messy cooking video for you! I was making a vegan sweet potato and lentil curry (Korma but you could add any paste you fancy and it would work well with the same ingredients!) and thought it would be worth showing you how I make it! I change up what ingredients go in my curries each time i'm making one just depending on what we have in the fridge at the time. This one had the following: Ingredients: Curry Sweet potatoes (A whole 6 pack I got in the reduced section about to go off!) 2 carrots Lentils (Guessed amount so not sure on how much) Handful of cherry tomatoes 3 Spring onions 2 Garlic cloves Coconut milk Korma curry paste (About half a pot) Rice Long grain rice Turmeric powder (careful it does stain things!) Do comment and let me know if you give it a go and how it went! Or if you have any advice on how to cook a curry without paste, or just how to make mine better than it is currently!
