Negative emotions are not as powerful as we might believe. Unfortunately, the most important things in life, such as dealing with our negative thoughts and emotions, and becoming self-realised and self-empowered adults are not taught where it should be taught (in our dysfunctional school systems). It seems that we are only taught subjects that will keep us deeply intrenched in the lies of this illusory world. And this is all done for a very good reason, namely, to keep us enslaved in the lower frequencies. However, it is our free will to live in the darkness or to live in the light. Just like anything in this world, to achieve things that are worthwhile we need to put in some effort. We just need to decide what is worthwhile for us and our children. The majority of people on this earth still believe that it is worthwhile to run after name, fame, and material possessions. However, these things and a comfortable life has never made anyone happy. So what is it that will give us true and lasting bliss and happiness in this life? Lasting happiness can only be achieved in finding and becoming one with our true self. How can anyone be happy without being their true self, which is being truth and love? Finding our true self will give us better and greater things that we could have ever imagined, and it will make us into people that our children can emulate and look up to. There is nothing more important than going on the journey back to our true self!
