CROSSROADS Festival Krakow | ROZSTAJE - international forum of world music, folk, ethno, ethnojazz, roots and traditional music; one of the most important world music festivals in Poland and in middle-east part of Europe; open-air concerts on the main stage in Kraków's Main Market Square, chamber concerts, and music workshops in the CROSSROADS Festival Club. CROSSROADS Festival Krakow | ROZSTAJE - confrontation of international and Polish stages of world music, ethno-jazz, and ethno. Meeting at the CROSSROADS of different musical styles and genres: from traditional ones to fusions and experiments bordering on traditional and jazz, folk and rock, and classical music, taking inspiration in traditional motives. Programme of the CROSSROADS Festival is an alternative for the increasing unification of culture. Festival is also dedicated for everybody who is interested in music in its incommercial shape. The project aims at the promotion of the traditional music, world music, ethno and ethnojazz genres - in refer to other european and world cultures and regions and in refer to build tolerance and cultural identity in new modern Europe.
