Here are the ingredients 3eggs Pinch of salt and cinnamon 6 slices of bread 60 ml of full cream milk Butter/cooking oil/baking spray/margarine for greasing the pan Directions Beak the eggs in a bowl and add the salt and cinnamon until the yolk and eggs white are homologous Add the full cream milk and whisk until well incorporated Place the bread and coat side by side on the egg mixture Grease the pan and fry the bread until well cooked. Butter/spray/margarine/cooking oil Tips🧐 Don’t let the bread soak in the egg mixture as this will make it to be soggy and hard to handle as it will lose its shape Use less butter for greasy to prevent oily toast .
