Icom IC-9700 doppler control issue Gpredict hamlib

Here is the demonstration of an issue happening when trying to correct doppler frequency on the Icom IC-9700 and Gpredict along with BETA hamlib v4.0. The issue was when gprdict updates vhf and uhf frequencies, the ic9700 had both it's main and sub vfo constanly swap at each updates. Since the release of the video, the issue has now been corrected in a new release of the beta hamlib 4.0.
