DAY 5 : 30 DAY BODY RESHAPE CHALLENGE | Beginner Fat Burning Butt Strength At Home

Welcome to DAY 5 of your 30 DAY BODY RESHAPE CHALLENGE! Today you will start with some glute/butt focused exercises, so make sure you keep your tummy pulled in here and your hips steady. We then head straight into core and upper body to keep your heart rate up. You will notice a slightly faster pace as we step things up a notch :-) Plus some more holding positions to build endurance within the muscles. If you are feeling super energised, be sure to repeat the routine :-) You will need for today: -mat -comfortable clothing WHAT THE CHALLENGE INVOLVES: *All videos will be around 15-20 minutes long - no equipment needed *All videos are bodyweight + Pilates based exercises, super effective for the whole body *All moves are low impact (no high impact or big jumping or explosive plyometrics) SUITABLE FOR: *Beginner level exercise goer or anyone who needs a ‘kick start’ back into a regular routine *Anyone wanting to work the whole body and build STRENGTH and MOBILITY while BOOSTING YOUR METABOLISM / fat burning ability *you must have generally good health and no injuries *not suitable for pregnant women : head to my PREGNANCY PROGRAM HERE if you are pregnant: https://vanessabhealth.com/preggy-str...
