This video starts with discussing the reconstructive options: Doing nothing, External breast reconstruction, Perforator flap reconstruction, and Breast Prosthesis. After this overview we start explaining the process of placing breast prosthesis; first starting with a tissue expander, than a filling-period, and finally the placement of the breast implants. Than I will explain the types of implants, regarding shape, volume, filling and texture. We will also discuss the risks of having breast implants: Rupture, Displacement, Capsular contracture and ALCL. And lastly we discuss the bloodcancer: Anaplastic Large-Cell Lymphoma (ALCL).
