Saturday the 23rd March, running the Long Eaton parkrun. 219th parkrun and 2nd at Long Eaton. Due to tech issues last week, I decided to return to Long Eaton again. Started close to the front to try and avoid getting held up, which worked well this week. Bit of a tail wind on the middle half of the lap felt good for the opening stint, but that turned into quite a headwind on the return through the start/finish, which did hurt the pace, especially for the second lap.
