Seahawk 4 Inflatable Boat Floor DIY. In this video I show you how to make a DIY boat floor for an inflatable boat. The boat that I am making the floor for is an Intex Seahawk 4. My DIY boat floor is made from OSB “plywood” and is covered with indoor outdoor carpet. This Seahawk 4 boat floor build can be made in a few hours. My boat floor design is a two piece carpeted design that uses no staples. I used 3M Super 77 Adhesive to glue the carpet to the boat floor.
