Today we will talk reflectors. These are an absolute must when you’re trying to squeeze every bit of light out of your bulbs. I have three reflector types to show you: a typical wing reflector, a parabolic dome reflector and a hood reflector. All of them come with different advantages and disadvantages when it comes to weight, efficiency, cost etc. We’ll go over them briefly and I’ll tell you about my two least favorite types of reflectors: cone and cooltube. However, there are MANY more kinds. When looking to save money, go for a wing reflector....if concerned about climate control, go for a hood type.
