The jury did not find he injured his ex-girlfriend Grace Jabbari intentionally. Initially, prosecutors charged Majors with strangulation but dropped the charge; they also consolidated 3 other charges down before trial started. Though many speculated for a while that the police were solely to blame for the false strangulation charge, Jabbari appears to acknowledge she was strangled before the arrest was made. Kysre Gondrezik x Kevin Porter Jr. Kevin Porter Jr. is facing up to 7 years in prison based on charges resulting from an incident between himself and his then-girlfriend, Kysre Gondrezik. He was charged with second-and third-degree assault, as well as second-degree strangulation. The 2nd-degree assault charge was dropped after it was found there was no neck fracture. Adam Foss Fully acquitted on November 3rd, 2023. Manhattan DA brought charges after becoming aware of a 2020 blog post on Medium.
