📊 October 2025 Housing Market Update - Colorado Front Range🏡 🏡 Denver Metro: Demand increased by 3% and Active listings are up 17.5% YoY. Single Family Homes saw average price increases of 3% while Condo/Townhome average prices were down 5% YoY. 🪖 Colorado Springs & El Paso County: Active listings were up 21.5% while Demand saw an increase of 12.1% YoY. Single Family average prices rose 5.7% while Detached Condo/Townhome average prices decreased by 5.1% YoY. ⛰️ Boulder County: Boulder Inventory is up 10.1% and Demand increased by 5.1%. YoY. Single Family average prices increased by 3.8% and Condo/Townhome average prices increased by 1.6% YoY. 🏞️Larimer County: Active listings were up 12.2% and Demand increased by 6.7%. Single Family average prices increased slightly by 0.2% and Condo/Townhome prices continued to decline by 4.2% YoY. 🌄 Weld County: Inventory was up 13.4% and Demand increased by 6.5%. Single Family average prices decreased 2.1% while Condo/Townhome average prices increased by 8.8% YoY. 📊 Overall, we’re sitting at around 3.4 – 4.1 months of housing inventory across the Colorado Front Range which has decreased slightly.
