I walked an unbelievable 45,000 steps (yes, my legs are officially in warrior mode 😅), but every single step was worth it. I started the day discovering the historic Hiroshima Castle, surrounded by beautiful scenery and rich samurai-era history. From there, I visited the powerful and emotional Atomic Bomb Dome, a place that truly makes you pause, reflect, and appreciate peace. Later, I explored the vibrant Hondori Shopping Street — full of energy, local shops, street food, and amazing vibes. As night fell, Hondori completely transformed. The nightlife in Hiroshima is something special — bright lights, buzzing streets, delicious food, and such a lively atmosphere. The city feels so alive after dark! Hiroshima surprised me in the best way — a mix of deep history, culture, resilience, and pure fun.
