LEVEL 1 Full product suite of statistical packages Inclusion in the variables database Standard ICPSR codebook Study homepage with subject terms and relevant study information [Thought bubble] Are studies at Level 1 less complete or valuable? [Response] No! Level 1 studies are fully complete and valuable. Many studies at level 1 are later curated at a higher level depending on project priorities, study utilization, and other factors. LEVEL 2: Everything from Level 1 plus ... Online analysis of variables (optional) Codebooks with variable groupings by subject Data usability improvement efforts Additional protections of personally identifiable data [Thought bubble] Does it take YEARS to process Level 2 data?
