We finally get the opportunity to get into Englestead Canyon, been waiting for some time for this. The first rappel is nothing short of intimidating, walking up to that edge after emerging from the forest to see this huge drop is just awesome. Both of us were nervous and rightfully so since there have been incidents at the first drop. After that first rappel, its back to back rappels for another 400ft (I believe) down incredible rock formations that resemble a larger Birch Hollow.
