As you can see this is 60 fps anime where every new frame is a new "drawing", this was achieved with frame interpolation using the Twixtor Plugin for After Effects CS6 after removing the repeated frames manually. And in case you're wondering, SmoothVideo Project (SVP) will not get you the same result. And yes, I will be editing the fuck out of Dark Souls 3 when it releases for PC.
