This blueberry pie is so easy to make it's loaded with blueberries that I have picked myself from my very own backyard. I had to give it it's local Swedish name of course "Blåbärs" mainly because it's blueberries grown in Åland Islands :). This recipe is of course a short cut to the normal way of making a proper pie pastry. I wanted to make a quick and easy way that is also cost efficient for most of you. The local way of making blueberry pie is to add yogurt, and I actually like that taste of healthy and fresh natural yogurt in this pie, it gives you a fuller taste to the berries. Enjoy the blueberry pie with whipped cream or vanilla sauce as they do here in Scandinavia. At the end of the video, you can see me patiently pouring the vanilla sauce on the warm and delicious blueberry pie that is crumbly on the bottom layer.
