The first batch of Landing Ships to gain Control Operation capabilities: X8 - Small Utility Ship, NOMA M470 - Heavy Landing Ship, Mare Nubium - Light Landing Ship Explorers, you can now dispatch fleets to execute the "Moor" command at multiple targets on the map. Once the fleet enters the "Moor" state, it will unlock management functions such as "Control Operations." Mooring at Planets, Stargates, Space Stations, and other different types of buildings will offer unique services and buffs.
