And this week its on the trusty ol' Pit Boss Pellet Smoker! I love my Pellet Grill, really love it! It makes outdoor cooking so easy, and convenient. After a year and a half the Pit Boss Pellet Smoker is going strong! Beef Ribs are still not as popular as brisket or pulled pork... but really should be. The fat content is so marbled within the meat, it is very difficult to mess up this recipe! All in all it took almost exactly 7 hours to smoke these ribs without any wrap, spritz and mop.
