WITH THE ARREST OF 05 CRIMINALS AND RECOVERY OF FOLLOWING ARTICLES, FIRING CASE OF KABIR NAGAR, SOLVED BY THE JOINT TEAM OF PS WELCOME & SPL. STAFF/NED Recovered from the scene of crime 04 Empty cartridges 02 Live cartridges. 02 Lead pieces of fired bullets. Recovered from the arrested persons 02 Sophisticated Semi Automatic Pistols (7.65) with 05 live cartridges. 01 Country made Pistol loaded with 02 live and 01 empty cartridge. 02 Motorcycles used in the commission of crime. On 08.04.23, firing incident in Gali No. 4, Kabir Nagar, Delhi was reported by Ashif S/o Mohd. Shamim wherein the complainant reported that at around 01:10 AM, he heard sound of indiscriminate firing of bullets. On checking, he noticed, 4-5 persons, firing at his house and in the air. Immediately, police team reached the spot and found 04 empty cartridges, 02 live cartridges and 02 lead of fired bullets scattered at the scene of crime. FSL & mobile crime team was also called for inspection. HC Nitin, HC Sushil, HC Vijay & Const. Jagdish from the Spl. Staff under the supervision of SHO/Welcome and Inspr. Harish Chandra, I/c Special Staff and guidance of ACP/Operations thoroughly scanned and analysed the CCTV footages of the area from which, it was revealed that total 05 persons were involved in firing. The escape route of the culprits on two motorcycles without registration plates was also trailed. After dedicated efforts and several raids at the possible hideouts of the crimenals, four persons namely Yasin, Abdulla, Zoib & Zamir @ Istikar were arrested from the area of Jheel Park. During search, 01 Pistol 7.65mm loaded with 02 live cartridges and 01 motorcycle KTM duke No. DL-3SCH-6991 was recovered from the possession of Yasin, 01 country made pistol .315 bore, 02 live cartridge and 01 empty cartridge was recovered from Abdulla. 02 Live cartridges 7.65 mm & 01 motorcycle Bajaj pulsar No. DL-7SBZ-1616 used in the commission of crime was recovered from the possession of Zamir @ Istikar. On their instance raid was conducted and Zoib was also arrested from the area near Gali No. 1, Kabir Nagar. On checking, 01 Pistol 7.65 mm loaded with 01 live cartridges was recovered from his possession. On sustained interrogation, they admitted their involvement in the firing incident and disclosed that, “One desperate criminal and member of Irfan Chhenu gang, Arbaz @ Shahbaz S/o Jehru r/o H. No. 1470, Gali No. 39, Matke Wali Gali, Jafrabad is in Jail No. 11, Mandoli, Delhi having number of cases, including murder, attempt to murder, assault on police officers, Arms Act etc. against him. Another criminal, Akib @ Badda R/o Seelampur is also in Jail No. 11, Mandoli, Delhi. On 03.04.23, both these criminals were confronted by Jail Head Warden, Swaraj Singh S/o Balbir R/o C-4/14, Gali No.4, Kabir Nagar, Delhi inside Jail No. 11 Mandoli Jail. Consequently, Arbaz plotted revenge and planned an attack on Swaraj Singh’s house in Kabir Nagar. On 07.04.23, Yasin another associates of Chhenu gang, also in Jail No. 11, with Arbaz and Akib was released on bail. At the time of his release Arbaz and Akib directed him to fire at the house of Swaraj Singh to teach a lesson. On released from jail, Yasin contacted his associates Abdullah (nephew of Irfan @ Chhenu), Zoaib, Zamir @ Istkar, Misbah, Fardeen and Juber near Jafrabad, Gali No. 10. Fardeen provided them 01 pistol+6 rounds 7.65 mm and 01 Country made Pistol .315 bore+3 rounds. Misbah and Zoaib carried their own pistols and ammunitions. Yasin, Abdullah and Misbah travelled on one motorcycle, while Zoaib and Zamir @ Istkar travelled on the other. They reached Kabir Nagar at about 01:00 AM. They sent Juber inside the colony to identify Head Warden’s house. After recee, Juber returned and described the house to them. He also briefed them for identification, that 2 dogs were sitting outside the house. On confirmation from Juber, Yasin, Abdullah, Misbah, Zoaib and Istkar went inside Kabir Nagar. They saw 2 dogs sitting outside house No. C-4/6 and fired about 10 rounds in the air and at the iron gate of the house before fleeing the spot. Here is the actual twist in the story. Inadvertently, instead of firing at Head Warden’s house at C-4/14, they ended up firing outside C-4/6 as the 2 dogs sitting at the gate of house No. C-4/14 shifted in front of C-4/6 by the time Juber went outside and informed his associates about the targeted house. chenu pehalwan chenu pehlwan chhenu pehalwan chenu pahalwan Sincere efforts are on to arrest the absconding Misbah and Fardeen.
