I created my own Payload developer CLI. My First 100 Video Series (Episode 14 of 100)

I am not sure I wanted to share this but in a previous video, I discussed a script that I added to my repo that allows me to run database seeders for Payload CMS, using the command line. I took this idea even further and created my own, Laravel Artisan inspired, global command which runs the Payload database migration commands as well as a new command to run seeders. It's completely experimental but I would welcome feedback and contributions. I would even welcome the core Payload team take a look and potentially fold something like this into their eco-system.
