Thank you to lI_Major_Il outright for this, we spent hours trying to get get out of bounds and I got off unsuccessfully but he was able to find multiple ways to get out of bounds so all credit goes to him for this. First step is to have a dual blade with Divine Flight and a Ippon hammer. This is where you start it, right behind the shrine theres vines leading you upwards. Item there waiting for you where I pointed my bow on this clip(lv 90+ gear). Once you get to this spot, this is where Ippon hammer comes to play. Basically you can aim (any range weapon) mid air while the hammer is drawn cause you to bug out and spaming it cause you to glide down, avoiding the long fall reset position mechanic. To execute it, its hold aim spam light attack (square). When you reach this bottom part you can now switch to dual blades for the divine flight skill and you have to use it this angle to phase through the wall and get into the supposed locked door. After getting inside the room you must climb to the FIRST flight of ladders from the bottom and use the Goofy Barehanded tech to get on a ledge and then from that ledge use the tech again to glide over to the chest across. If you manage to get stuck by getting inside the corner that you were trying to glitch in, use a skill from hammer called rampage to get out like this.
