Hi, Everyone! In this video I will be sharing some of my favorite beginner + intermediate level skater friendly stretches both on and off the ice. I do a majority of these almost everyday and I have noticed a huge improvement with my spins, flexibility, and more since doing that! Please be careful when you are stretching and don't push your body past its limits ♡ Off-ice stretches, skating warmups, and workouts are great ways to improve your skating. Most figure skaters that skate daily or compete on a regular basis will have times set aside throughout their day or week to work on off-ice skating exercises.
