Mom’s lawyer responds with a lengthy list of her own accusations against Dad claiming coercive control; verbal, emotional, and financial ab*se; penalizing the children when he is upset with Mom, and Dad’s drug usage. She also claims that Dad attempted to get a TRO in the case using his allegations and was denied. What does the judge think of their competing motions?
