Crematus Plague Doctor final update - [Hero Siege Season 9]

Featuring a new single target tech with plague of rats, at this current state i'm just missing boots, charms, and a lot of hero levels. This is the final update I'm uploading, I don't think the physical build can match at any point this level of single target, so i'm probably staying on poison for during the entire season.
