Start heating the oven 10 minutes before placing the cake inside so that the baking process and ingredient reactions occur properly. 🍰 Beat the eggs: Beat 4 eggs with an electric mixer on medium speed until the yolks and whites are fully combined (about 30 seconds). ⛔️ The eggs must be at room temperature (remove them from the fridge 30 minutes before starting). 🍰 Add sugar: Add sugar in three stages and beat with an electric mixer on medium speed.
