Time to head further down east to Upminster, the Eastern Terminus of the District Line, and for the Emerson Park Line to and from Romford. Moreover, this is the station featured on the London and Tilbury Lines heading towards Grays, Southend and Shoeburyness. As the usual structure, film is split into three, first; the C2C services, second; the District Line services and last but not least; the Overground. Also, looking forward to the Brand New 720s entering service later this Autumn, and will maybe considering re-visiting Barking as I personally think it is the best station on the LTSR, because beyond Upmister...not much going on to be honest. Also, one of the District Line drivers here at Upmister were soo generous to let me have a quick tour of the S Stock! Always been a dream to sit on the cab seat of these trains! However, for confidential reasons I have been asked by the driver not to share any cab photos of the train online, and I completely understand to be fair. Nevertheless, the final District line in this film, heading for Ealing Broadway was the featured unit where I was given a cab tour! Absolute legend, we need more of them!!
