Case description: A 60-year-old patient came to our clinics with a sudden blurred vision and anisometropia. The patient underwent bilateral cataract surgery 16 years ago. The examination revealed that the visual symptoms caused by a subluxated IOL in the left eye: Best corrected visual acuity: 0.5 (decimal). Intraocular pressure: 19 mmHg. Therefore, we decided to remove the subluxated IOL with the capsular bag and perform retropupillary fixation of Iris claw (Artisan) lens.
