28 Days of Compassion | Day 23: Full Body Yoga This 15-minute full body yoga practice, led by Anna from Amity Yoga, invites you to move through familiar shapes with a spirit of ease and self-compassion. Nothing new to master. Nothing to perfect. Just an opportunity to meet yourself exactly where you are today. The intention of this practice is to soften the pressure we often place on ourselves. By returning to postures your body already knows, you can shift your focus from performance to presence. Compassion here looks like choosing steadiness over strain, curiosity over critique, and allowing your practice to feel supportive instead of demanding. This class is part of 28 Days of Compassion, a free February practice from Amity Yoga. Each day offers a small, meaningful way to build awareness, kindness, and care toward yourself and others.
