Catch fish from Piers: CLACTON PIER - July / August

Another in the series on Pier Fishing in UK and my second on Clacton Pier, in Clacton-on-Sea, Tendring, Essex (UK). This video covers a session in late July (13.07.23) and 3 in August (filmed on 09.08.23, 22.08.23 and 30.08.23). Once again, I'm accompanied by fellow Essex sea angler Alex and we visited with the main objective of catching thornback rays and soles. The fishing was very hard on each occasion; however we didn't blank and the target species were caught. The video documents the reality of fishing here in summer and deals with what we have learned from the sessions.
