If DJI Go4 current app version 4.3.50 does not open on your phone try version 4.3.48 being given out by DJI support one person at a time when they are contacted by customers who have not been able to use their product for over a month due to conflicts with Android after Android updates in July and August of 2022. Purchase an older Android phone or tablet with earlier version of Android which may still be compatible with the DJI app you are using. B. Switch to using a Apple Phone or Apple iPad as DJI supports getting app through Apple Store and there seems to be less issues with Apple version of DJI Apps C. Wait for DJI to update app you are using to function. This may take days, weeks, months, or for some phones/devices/android versions may never happen. D. Sell your DJI products and purchase other ones. E.
