Now, I'm going to be showing you how to do some pressure points. We're going to use the hand as an example. We'll be doing some pressure points with a hot stone. I selected one that is a little bit smaller than palm size. We'll go ahead and use that right there in the center of that palm. One of the best pressure points to access is right around the meat of that thumb. You can just apply nice firm pressure with that stone. This is a great way to access the hand. Then, you can go ahead once you're complete with the hand massage and put all of those nice little warm stones in between her fingers. Here's what they look like. They're at a temperature of about 135 degrees. We're going to go place one in between each one of her fingers. She's just going to go ahead and have those stones right there in between the phalanges while we go and work on another area. That is not only how you access a pressure point with the stones, but also how you work on the hand.
