Every journal relies on quality peer review to assess and improve the quality of submissions and aid the editorial team in their decisions. We need to grow the African EM reviewer base. This webinar will address two angles – firstly encouraging researchers to become reviewers – if you can critically appraise a paper, and have some research insights and experience, you should be reviewing! And secondly giving some ideas on how to conduct a useful review – it’s a fine balance that only comes with experience to give constructive input and critique without going into supervisor level details.
