Amtrak in the Windy City: A Look at the Chicago Yard

This is a long video showcasing Amtrak operations in Chicago. In the video, I say Union Station is a stub-end terminal. It is a stub-end terminal, as all trains depart the way they came in. However, there are tracks to allow trains on the northern side of the station to pass through to allow access to the yard. *** Everything has been sped up 2X and in a few places entering the underground portion 4X. We'll see several passenger (and 1 freight) trains. Plus, watch some yard operations. This was a very busy spot and I had a lot of fun shooting the video. What do you think of Amtrak?
